How far out can you book me?

As early as you need, but we always have to check and possibly apply for airspace authorization, so have addresses ready for us to check.

So you can’t fly in that airspace, now what?

We will apply for authorization to fly. If the waiver is rejected, then we will take standard ground photos.

How long does it take the FAA to approve a flight?

On average, 1-3 days, but we cannot guarantee they will. They are the government, so it’s somewhat up in the air at that point.

Should I meet you at the property?

Only if you have business to do there. We are more than comfortable shooting a property alone and love saving you the time and hassle of going there.

How do you get into the property?

Whatever works for you. You can give us a lockbox/door code, we can pickup and drop off a key, the homeowner can let us in, etc.

How will I get my photos?

We will share a folder containing your photos/videos via Dropbox. Simply follow the link and... ta-da! Beautiful photos.

Do you only take MLS photos?

No! We can take beautiful photos for any marketing campaign. We also offer interior design and graphic design services.

How long are photo shoots?

Aerials take about 15 minutes on average. Our Basic Packages take about 60 minutes and our Premium Packages take about 90 minutes.

How should my client prepare their home/property?

We purchased an aerial video for our property, what do we do with it to help our property sell?

Share it! Post it on your social media timeline/feed, your stories, the MLS, your Brokerage’s social media, etc. Have other people share it too! It makes you and your client's listing stand out above the rest.
