Staging Ideas | $50
Our Interior Designer will walk through the property with the agent and/or seller and give tips and tricks on what to move, declutter, freshen, smell better, etc. Agent and/or seller are responsible for taking physical or mental notes on the designer’s input and executing the plan.

Staging Hands-On | Call for a Quote
Our Interior Designer will use the furniture and decor currently in the home to rearrange or have taken out. Removed furniture can be stored in the garage. Designer will also help clear counters and give tips on bed making, towel folding, pillow placement, etc. This works great for photos AND showings.

Staging Virtually | $30 per photo
Take advantage of vacant properties and get them virtually staged by our team of Professional Designers. This helps buyers visualize the potential and intended use of the space. There are unlimited design options and it is a quick turnaround.
